Medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging to your registered delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including third-party courier issues or incorrect address information provided by you.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
You have the right to cancel your order before it has been dispensed. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medicines under UK pharmacy legislation.
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5 to 10 working days to your original payment method.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange an appropriate remedy.
